Real Experience With Difficult Problems
Specialty Treatment Knowledge
Real experience with difficult problems — stains, odours, pet contamination, colour run, moth damage and delicate fibres.
Stains & Odours
Not every stain can be completely removed — but real experience means we know what's worth trying and what isn't. We'll be honest about what's achievable before we start.
Pet Contamination
Urine seeps into the rug foundation. Our immersion washing and specialist decontamination address the problem at the source, not just the surface smell.
Delicate & Valuable Rugs
Silk, antique, hand-knotted and heirloom rugs need specialist knowledge. We assess, pre-test and treat with the care they deserve.
Our Promise
100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied, we'll return and make it right at no additional cost. If you're still not happy, we'll refund your money. We can't be any fairer than that.
