The Diepanzer DYA42-10 Rug Washer is the heart of the immersion wash process. Rather than spraying the surface, this machine flushes water and fibre-specific chemistry through the entire rug — foundation and pile — lifting soil, stains and contamination from deep within and carrying it away in a continuous flow.
Immersion Washing vs Surface Cleaning
Onsite carpet cleaning and domestic machines clean the surface of the pile. They cannot flush contamination out of the foundation. The DYA42-10 immerses and flushes the whole rug, so the clean reaches every layer — the same way a rug cannot be truly cleaned from the top down.
Fibre-Specific Chemistry
The wash chemistry is matched to the rug — wool, silk, synthetic, cotton or jute. Different fibres need different pH, different detergents and different dwell times. The DYA42-10 lets us control all of these, so the wash suits the rug rather than forcing the rug through a one-size-fits-all process.
Continuous Soil Flushing
The machine's powered rollers and brush action work the chemistry through the rug while clean water continuously flushes the released soil away. Soil doesn't get redeposited — it leaves the rug, which is the difference between a rug that looks clean and one that genuinely is.
